1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, "we" or "us" refers to Keno OLG, "you" means the user or player, and "Service" means access to our online platform for playing DAILY KENO (OLG Keno).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO PLAY

To be eligible to play, you must:

You may create a membership account with us to participate in the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

6. GAME RULES AND PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY

• All games offered on our Service are governed by the rules published from time to time.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration before a single arbitrator in accordance with the Rules for Arbitration of the Canadian Arbitrators Association.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our Service, superseding all prior negotiations, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.

13. MODIFICATION AND WAIVER

• Any modification to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by you upon your continued use of the Service.
• No waiver by us of any term in these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a subsequent waiver of that same term.
